Someone suggested I try this place and I am glad I did. While I was standing at the counter the lady took some covers off to look at it. The inside was filled with thread and fuzz.
She told me exactly what was wrong with it, what they were going to do and approximatley how much it was going to be.
They only negitive, they told me it would be about 2 weeks and it was 2 and a half. They appologized, and explained they had quite a backlog, which I guess happens"
